What is your Waitlist Process?
- A $500 deposit secures your spot on the waitlist.
- The deposit is non-refundable but may be transferred to another waitlist.
- You can remain on the waitlist for up to 2 years.
- If you transfer to another waitlist, your position will move to the bottom of that list.
Do you perform genetic health testing on parent dogs?
Yes. All parent dogs are genetically health-tested to ensure they are clear of inherited diseases. We also perform double testing when necessary for accuracy and peace of mind.
Do you offer a Health Guarantee?
Yes. Every puppy comes with a 2-Year Health Guarantee covering life-threatening congenital or hereditary defects. If such an issue occurs, we will replace your puppy at no cost.
Note: The puppy must be seen by a licensed veterinarian within 3 business days of coming home to qualify.
Do you remove dew claws or dock tails?
No. We believe in keeping our puppies as nature intended, with their dew claws and tails intact.
Can I choose my own puppy?
Yes! Selection is based on your waitlist position and occurs when puppies are between 2 and 4 weeks old. We help families choose based on temperament, coat, and color preferences.
Do you allow visitors to meet the puppies?
No, we do not allow puppy visits. This is for the health and safety of our puppies. Before their vaccinations are complete, they are highly vulnerable to viruses and bacteria that can be carried in on shoes, clothing, or even hands. We take every precaution to keep them safe and healthy for their new families.
We are happy to provide frequent photo and video updates and can schedule a video call at any time.
Which generations of Doodles do you breed?
We breed F1, F1b, and Multigen Doodles, each with unique coats, temperaments, and hypoallergenic traits.
Are Doodles hypoallergenic?
No dog is entirely hypoallergenic, but most of our Doodles are low-shedding and suitable for allergy-sensitive families. For those with moderate to severe allergies, we recommend F1b or Multigen Doodles.
