Puppy Application Process

Our process is designed to be clear, fair, and stress-free. From application to go-home day, you’ll receive direct communication, transparent expectations, and ongoing support.

Application Steps

Join the Waitlist

  • A $500 non-refundable deposit secures your place on a waitlist.
  • You can join multiple waitlists (one deposit per list).
  • Deposits apply toward your final puppy total.
Selections are made in chronological order by deposit date.

Litter Updates & Selection

  • We notify our waitlists when litters are born and again when puppies are around two weeks old.
  • When your turn comes, we alert you and you can either pick from that litter or pass and wait for the next one.
  • Photos and videos are shared throughout to help with your decision-making process.
For puppy health and safety, we do not offer in-person puppy picks before vaccination, and we limit outside exposure during this early stage.

Final Payment

  • Final payment is due one week before pickup.
  • Preferred payment: Zelle (other approved options available).

Go-Home Day

  • Puppies go home at 7-8 weeks old.
  • Each puppy receives a licensed veterinary exam and age-appropriate vaccinations.
  • Includes a 2-year genetic health guarantee.
